This yin tool is extremely gentle + ideal for fine and delicate skin. The toothed cylinder can be used to roll around scars and wrinkles before applying a night cream or moisturizer or to treat dry skin problems, relieve burns and painful acne.
This tool’s yin effects help to bring down body temperature (i.e. hot flashes) and aid with headaches.
A liver detox can be stimulated by using the mini rake gently on the right cheek 50 times.
Gently rake the left half of the forehead for about 3 minutes to induce sleep and can prevent nightmares for small children.
Directions for Care…
Steel Rake: Clean with soft cloth moistened with household alcohol.
Horn Handle: Clean with a cloth soaked in diluted alcohol, or ammonia water (1 tablespoon ammonia to 1 quart of water). Manufactured out of natural horn which has natural antiseptic properties.
Brass Cylinder: Clean with diluted lemon juice or baking soda. Buff with soft cloth for shine.

The tool is handcrafted by local Vietnamese artisans from ox horn (a found item from after the end of the animal’s natural life), brass and stainless steel.
